Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is a flat $8 and free on orders of $50 or more (3–5 business days in transit). Express shipping is $15 (1–2 business days in transit).

Local pickup: free in Park Ridge, IL on Wednesdays. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you to arrange a time and share the pickup address.

Local delivery: free on Wednesdays for orders over $50 in the NW Chicago suburbs. If your address is in our delivery area, you'll see this option at checkout.

Every order is packed in a box with tissue so it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
