Because our ornaments are handmade from real fruit, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations are accepted any time before your order ships.
